Mediterra Organizational Structure
The Mediterra Group consists of various companies operating in agriculture, trade, and services, structured under a decentralized management model but with a centralized corporate function in key areas.
The Administration and Finance Department operates corporately, centralized in Inversiones Mediterra SpA, providing cross-functional services in financial planning, accounting, management control, treasury, and compliance for all group companies.
Each operational company — Frisku Foods SpA, Allegria Foods SpA, Allegria Service SpA, Osiris Plant Management SpA, Allpa Farms Perú S.A.C., and Allpa Farms Chile SpA — has its own independent structure, led by a General Manager with full responsibility for the operational and commercial management of the company.
The staffing and internal structure of each company vary depending on the nature of their operations. For example:
- Agricultural companies (Allpa Farms Perú and Chile) have agronomic technical staff, field managers, and agricultural workers.
- Frisku Foods, dedicated to commercial representation, prioritizes commercial and foreign trade teams.
- Allegria Foods, a fresh fruit exporter, includes quality control, packing operations, and export logistics personnel.
- Allegria Service, focused on cherry processing, operates with plant managers, supervisors, and workers.
- Osiris Plant Management, focused on genetics and licenses, has a technical-commercial and varietal development team.
- This model allows Mediterra Group to maintain agility and operational focus in each business, with a strong unified financial and administrative support base.
